ISS's radiator?

In this next picture you can see something that appears like damage on the first radiator (from the left) that belongs to the right radiator array...
What is it?? Does anybody know?

yes that's damage and I don't know how it happened.

I would say, it is the reflection of the Shuttle in the radiator.
