The add-on is from 2005. I wouldn't expect any updates. Besides that, what kind of updates do you want? Texture updates are relatively easy to do yourself.

Also, as both addons are spacecraft.dll vessels, the advanced user easily can improve the the addon and even make her/his own module for it.

The X-15 is cool. The B-52 is awesome! Only thing is.. while playing with the X-15 in launch mode, I returned to find the B-52 perfectly putting itself into orbit. I mean no adjustment what so ever except for killing the engine. Perfect .02 climb. Now if I can just get my head around the fact that my B-52 is orbiting earth at 7.5K. As for the X-15, it crashed as my focus was elsewhere
