I spent some of the past week building this Lego 787 Dreamliner. The cockpit isn't quite finished, but you can't notice it in the photos. It was fun to build, taking around three hours and over 1,200 pieces.

If you want any more photographs of this extremely detailed model, feel free to ask. I might make a video review soon as well.

Enjoy!

Next task: Lego Shuttle Adventure - coming in the mail in a few weeks

Whoa, awesome! I didn't think LEGO sold stuff like this! Good job on the building, and the photos, too. Very professional-looking.

Also, while we're doing this thing:
...now that the Boeing's Dreamliner has made it's debut, I thought I'd check if the inevitable has happened yet. Sure enough...and it happened 2009, January 4:

Dreamliner

From previous debt to MyPixiv's Fukasame-san's character. I drew her all pretty in blue, it was fun~

The image is from Pixiv. There's a whole thread of these, by the way, I made an XR2.

But this makes me want to get back into Lego building. Oh, the nostalgia. :)

I was a lego-fanatic, but never got around to building this model. I was in to lego Star Wars:thumbup:

I tend to prefer to build things that have been built in real life more than the fakes. Its so sad that this isn't bring sold anymore.

You can barely see it, but there's a first-generation Lego X-Wing in there. I have the original TIE in my windowsill, next to a K'Nex Owens battlemech.

And yes, an Enterprise. I am THAT awesome.

Nice enterprise! Did you design that yourself? I remember most of the sets there

Sadly, little Picard was left on top of an electric heater and now he's a puddle. :(
