If you mean new features by that, then yes. Looks good, I made a short test run with it. I hope to find more time to play more with it. BTW, I would appreciate packing all required binaries in one package. It's a bit annoying to download multiple files to get a small MFD to work, but that's just my opinion. No harm really.

The idea is that you download the dependencies only once (i.e. the MMExt). The thing is, that currently the MMExt is still being actively developed, but I believe that there's not much more to deal with.
Also, it's not a dependency of only BaseSynchMFD, but many other MFDs, namely these:

, so it behaves just like a Windows' DLL.
