Autopilot roll angles

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to alter the roll angle used by orbiter's built-in Prograde, Retrograde, etc. autopilot? it has always been a bit of an annoyance to me that the autopilot rolls so that one side (rather than the top or bottom) of the spacecraft is facing toward the body being orbited. I'd much prefer to keep the bottom of the ship facing downward.

You can use [ame="http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=3165"]Attitude MFD[/ame], which while in "velocity" mode defaults to a wings-level attitude, and you can choose whatever attitude you want.
