Falcon 1 Flight 3 Launch Thread

LOX loading has been completed. Still holding at T-55 minutes.

LOX loading completed.

Countdown expected to resume in 5 minutes (I sincerely hope so).
00:40 UTC expected launch time.

Hoping to pick up the countdown in a few minutes for a T0 at 0040 ZULU.

I tried the suggested fix to the video stream, but no joy -- still jumpy, with broken-up audio ...

Have you tried switching to standard quality via the button in the bottom right corner of the web player? Seems to have worked for me.

I didn't know that one of the payloads was a solar sail test vehicle. :speakcool:
Now I really hope the launch is successful.

EDIT: girrr, that last delay means that I'll have to miss the launch by about 10 minutes...:@

Saw about this solar sail thing on NASA TV yesterday. But I didn't know that it is launched by SpaceX.

Still waiting, huh? Dave mentioned an issue with a helium bottle... has that been resolved?

Right now new T0 is 0040 ZULU as they're determining if there's a COLA with ISS.

Picking up the clocks in approx. 3 minutes!

T-55 minutes and counting!

Thank you!
I'm glad they're delayed. I didn't find out until just now that they are launching today. :)

Right now performing inhibited checks of the Fight Termination System and the RP-1 loading has started.

I just found out about it as well, should be an interesting launch, if only for the high risk.

I hope NASATV covers the launch since one of their sats in on top of the rocket.

No NASATV coverage. Starting LOX topping on both stages.
