I spent all night, after work, downloading and installing textures and necessities.. I got all of the texture packs on the addon page. :thumbup: I was curious what Level 8-11 mean exactly? Is that a grade of texture quailty? 8 being good, 11 being great? or are those some kind of alpha...

Thanks for all the help guys. I now have all the mods on the addon page for textures , space stations etc, and all the "necessities" as well. Now I just have to actually learn, to fly the dang things..lol.. You guys have done one hell of a job with this so far.. Not that me saying that amounts...

I looked at the modlues tab. I see no box for sound. hmm.. maybe I extracted dx9 to the wrong directory..lol I extracted "D3D9ClientRC44" to the documents/"orbiter 2012" folder. EDIT: Ya know.. I thiiink I just realized something. It's a separate mod isn't it? I have to download "Orbit...

I installed the base game. Then I extracted the dx9 files to the directory. I launched the game and it runs fine, just I have no sound. I see a topic here about running cmd prompt but I don't really understand it.. ; ; Would someone please tell me what file or directory I need to copy and where...

Ok how stupid am I, since I have to ask how to install this? I assumed I would drop the extracted files into the base game, I just installed. I don't see any directories, with the names in the dx9 version, that match the base game I installed. So Idk where to extract or install these files..lol...
