Thanks for the replies, it was a thought to make it easier to send the HUD graphics to a dedicated display, therefore allowing you to create a real HUD for a simpit. Would there be a better way to do this?

Thanks so much Kamaz, thank goodness there are some workarounds although I am curious if there may be some improvements for the new orbiter beta so we don't have to hack using things like autohotkey and such.
