The LEM panel problem turned out to be that I was using Nassp 6.4.3 with Orbiter 2010. Installing Orbiter 2006 fixed that problem and now I have a functioning LEM with the 6.4.3 Panels. Was I correct that Nassp 7 is still in progress and we can't power up the LEM yet?
