Thanks for the ideas, this got me to a point im loading the scene, but now I spawn in 1 AU from earth, and if i go into scenario editor to put the spaceship on the Cape, I get a CTD.

Thanks Brian. Sadly, I've tried this one and get the exact same message. To be safe, I installed all of the GEP pack addons in the hopes the meshes were somewhere. However, I get little or no luck on any of them. If I even knew what these meshes were from or what addon they supposedly belong to...

apologies to bump an old thread, but im having similar difficulty with other pack - namely the voyager 1&2 scenario. is there any other place i can loacte these files or do I really need to make an account on avsim?

Onme issue im finiding on the latest stable copy of orbiter is that STS-88's ascent profile doesn't seem able to get into orbit. I have yet to try other ones too. Have the dynamics on SSF4.8 changed enough that the profiles you have listed no longer work, or is there a fix/update i have missed...
