Tried that too but it didn't work. Extracted everything from the config folder to the config folder... etc.

Extracted to the Orbiter2006 directory but it doesn't show up when I launch the sim and now there is a folder called NCC-1701-E ENTERPRISE in the Orbiter2006 folder.
