Yup, tried 'em. But the EVE warp conveyed such a sense of speed that you don't really get with those.

This is amazing. I'd love an EVE-esque warp system. Maybe an MFD with a button that plussed prograde velocity a bunch, and a button that returned it to normal. I have no idea if that would work, but it would pretty much be the greatest thing ever.

I mostly fly ZCochrane's 08 Firefly. I never really got into realistic ships. I loved the show, plus the swiveling engines are wicked handy.
