Problem DG-IV airlock decompression crash with D3-D9

Hi everyone! I've been around for a while but only recently got back into Orbiter properly again. Anyway, I've slowly been building up an Orbiter installation including various addons, texture replacements etc. I installed the DG-IV-3 to play around with it and came accross a problem. When I...

Question 2001 OR 2010 space odyssey

I have a feeling that you had this. It's the one I have and seems to work on 2010P1. I hope this helps.

    Poll Space Hero

Gene Kranz, due to his efforts and hard work in all the missions. One of the less glorious heroes of Space, but without him, Lovell, Haise and Swigart (is the spelling right?) wouldn't have made it back.

    OHM ESAS CEV

Hi Bruhaha. I've PM'd (is that the right term?) you with information and details. I hope they are OK. My demo making skills are, I'm afraid, practically nonexistant at the moment, I'm still learning Orbiter myself. If anyone else out there can help, please let Bruhaha know. It doesn't have to be...

Question 2 questions related to "Ares Mission To Mars" Orbiter Video

Just one thought - the tanks do exist separately - when jettisoned from the main spacecraft. It would probably be possible to launch these, and attatch them together using a little scenario editor magic. Some may even be docked - it sounds like it in the vid. To launch and assemble 'properly'...

Question 2 questions related to "Ares Mission To Mars" Orbiter Video

I agree - he probably did use the scenario editor. I have read the book this comes from (I assume I'm not the only person) and the launch sequence goes something like this: 1 The main tank (MSII) is flown up empty on a saturn VB (the one seen in the video) 2-3 The external tanks are flown up...

    Project Plants

Looks great! I'm having a little play with this, using markers (shuttle PBs) in a scenario just behind the 'inspositions'. It really helps! I think the words you want may be intake and output, though I'm not sure if an XR5 can be an output yet. Keep up the good work! Trainguy

Dambuster - re the 'system tool', I got it and found it in a hidden folder in the program data folder (I have vista) When it opened, a shortcut appeared to it on the start menu. Right click on it and select open file location. Then select it, right click and somewhere under properties will be a...

    Project Plants

Is that what the bar is? I hadn't realised. Re the MFD - I think the ability to transfer LOX as well as fuel would be good, as these are both used in the vessals talked about (DGIV, XR etc) A decision will have to be made soon as to how much fuel the cargo carries - on the one hand, fuelling...
