ALIEN (revisited) 2010 BETA

Â
This Add-on is meant to replace our pervious two postings. I would recommend un-installing them, in particular the scenario files as this one will over-write the config files and render the previous scenarios un-usable. Fear not, I have included a whole new set of similar yet much better scenarios, divided into sub-folders within the "Alien - revisited" main scenario folder.
Â
This Add-on is both a set over vessels AND a solar system. I have attempted to replicate /Â produce an orbiter-version of the vessels scenery and situations seen in the Original ALIEN film of 1979. Included are:
Â
[*]
Nostromo (added animations: Surface EVA airlock, surface EVA elevator, retractable flood lamps. Improved camera location for a better view, slightly reduced poly count to reduce frame rate drag)
[*]
Narcissus (Shuttle, with animated gear, included is a sister shuttle named "Fidanza" bonus to anyone who discovers the reference connection to which the name refers)
[*]
Refinery (with animated docking boom AKA "umbilicus" This is my first attempt at modelling based on what few complete, multi-angle images I could find.)
[*]
Alien Derelict (with terrain, and a few surprises inside, I modelled them as best I could)
[*]
LV426 and my imagined version of the Zeta 2 Reticuli system (non-cannon) I used the original planet textures created for LV426 and her parent planet Zeta 2 Retucli IV as seen in the film.
[*]
PILOT HANDBOOK ( Flying the Nostromo connected to the refinery can be tricky for a number of reasons so I've included a detailed guide to fly them together with the least amount of frustration.)
[*]
READ ME (I've revised the read me file to credit everyone who contributed to the add-on directly or indirectly.
