EGXU is a Royal Airforce Base in Yorkshire, England, and is a base for fast-jet training.
Coordinates: 1.253W, 54.049N.
Runway 04/22: heading 32° and 212°; length 1867m (between thresholds 1670m); width 46m; ILS 110.7 MHz; PAPI 3.25° (317m from thresholds); asphalt surface.
Runway 10/28: heading 96° and 276°; length 1404m (between thresholds 1216m); width 36m; ILS 110.7 MHz; PAPI 3.25° (245m from thresholds); asphalt surface.
Installation
Decompress the zip package into the root folder of your Orbiter installation. There are 29 files, and these will require about 9MB of storage space. This base addon is a dependency of my Configurable Runway System addon, and this must be downloaded and installed otherwise you will see only a grey strip for the runway.
The two runways at this base cross over each other, and this currently causes rendering problems at the intersection.
NOTE
The scenarios in this add-on have ordinary Deltagliders as their spacecraft types, not XR2s as stated.
