This is Indian Space Research Organization's PSLV or Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle. This add-on comes with Autopilot (P to start). Please read the included documentation file in Doc folder.

 

You might need www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx as module is compiled in VC++ 2005 Express.
