Soyuz TM-30, better known as MirCorp-1, was the first privately funded expedition to a space station and the final mission to the Mir Space Station. Sergei Zalyotin and Alexandr Kaleri were sent by MirCorp to the Mir in order to perform critical repairs and maintain the the rapidly aging space station, which was deorbited just under one year later.
