Soviet and Solar flags 2012-06-29

This addition adds a new UCGO and UMMU compatible flags of the Soviet Union (USSR) and the flag of the Red Solar system. This is useful for alternate-historic N-1 Lunar and Mars missions or sci-fi scenarios.
