Every unit which has "player can drive" checked should be playable, for JTAC you propably need to change the numbers on the role screen (that button with the two flags in the mission editor).

The downloadable training videos seem to be quite good and cover everything (Training in main menu, then A-10A, there should be a "Install" button). We really need some A-10As in our next session. And playable ground units + playable JTACs, I'd really love to see how this feels like in multiplayer.
