Yes, that looks like a mushroom cloud seen from an oblique angle.
BUT, an image sensor is usually pointed at nadir. So it would be looking at the mushroom cloud top-down, not from the side. So even if a mushroom cloud was there, that's now how it would look.
So to me it looks like a crater...
And, since O-H is hosted in US, it is exempted from copyright infringement liability simply if it honores such takedown requests, per 17 USC 512 (c)(1)(A)(iii).
Also note that the only person entitled to file a takedown request is a copyright holder or a duly authorized agent thereof -- 17 USC...
More to the point, in Orbiter interaction between mesh and code is done only through SDK API which means that the legal tests for derived work will fail.

The current problem on OH is that there is a ton of add-ons which don't have specified any distribution terms. It would be very beneficial to give uploaders a choice of standard licenses like this:

Installed Windows 10 and started Orbiter.
I've found that Orbiter dialog boxes don't have the "x" displayed on them, but they do close if I click where the "x" should be:
