I've been using the add-on that DaveS posted above for years, and I know that it works well with the NORAD TLEs because I have used it to successfully predict ISS passes over my real-world location.

I have a fuzzy memory from beta testing in fall 2016 that explosions on the pad caused a CTD. (The SpaceX launch pad explosion had just happened.) IIRC, it got fixed in a subsequent version.
Are you using the latest version of Multistage2015?
Hopefully, this one won't have completely wiped out a single choir, delegation, school class, etc. That seems to be a characteristic of Russian air disasters that make them extra sad.
Each launch vehicle add-on might be different. You need to read the documentation.
Multistage 2015 vehicles should also be capable, so read the documentation for that as well.
