    Crew would have been two pilots and a loadmaster in the jumpseat. The loadmaster would be little more than a passenger during flight, and would likely not even be able to reach the radios, let alone use them. As for what happened, I'm not going to speculate... there's very little publicly...

    So, let me make sure I'm understanding this correctly... You've come up with a hypergolic hybrid motor with performance comparable to that of N2O4/Hydrazine? Are there any long-term stability issues with either the fuel grain or the oxidizer of choice?

    Well, it IS accurate right now... WFC3 is down due to hardware failure at the moment. NASA is working to switch over to backup equipment.
