It's a daunting task, but I'm not giving up on it. I've created a 3-D model of an airlock module for the truss. Now I've got to create an Orbiter mesh from it and make it functional, either as a separate vessel (DLL) module, as part of the Windmill code, or as a basic vessel (no separate DLL)...
They're startin' (today?) soon.

I was going to write my own version of the article, but decided this one would work well enough.
I just had a twisted thought after I Stumbled across a page of photos of planes passing over the beach on St. Maarten... A really twisted thought...
It's kind of a short runway to use as a space port; it'd be almost (?!?!) impossible to land the shuttle there, but it'd be kind of fun... even if...

Maybe someone has already mentioned this, buried in another thread. I think I recall someone saying that Dr. Schweiger had earlier omitted this forum from a list of Orbiter-related resources.
