I tried redownloading both orbiter and the D3Dx9 client. Still have the same issue. I installed both on my windows 10 laptop with no problem and with no additional installs needed. Orbiter works with Windows 10. Just still can't figure out the issue with my Windows 7 install. Any Ideas?
