Try right clicking Orbiter_ng.exe and selecting "Run with graphics processor", then choose "High-performance NVIDIA processor".
If you have optimus technology then these steps should make the graphics card show up in video settings.
I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to be able to figure out the temperature of my vehicle during re-entry or even just flight in atmosphere. I know this is possible in the XR vehicles, would anyone happen to know the equation or equations.

When trying to re-enter with Thorton's Soyuz TMA I'm a bit confused on when to start the deorbit burn. In the manual it says "Deorbit burn should be started when angular distance to target on MapMFD will be about 167 degrees."
I can't seem to figure out what this angular distance is and how to...
Nice and high resolution, but a couple comments:
- Tire treadmarks shouldn't be uniform across the entire runway--they should be concentrated in two patches each a couple thousand feet from the ends of the runway, because that's where the airplanes touch down (which is what causes the treadmarks...
If you open up Map MFD, set the reference to the desired planet or moon, you can click on Target and scroll down to Spaceports, press the right arrow key, and it will show all the bases.
I'm 19 soon to be 20 on July 24th! I'm currently going to a university, working on a bachelor's of science in computer information systems. Been on this forum since 2010, but a huge fan of orbiter way before then. I've been enjoying orbiter since the 2005 version.
