Its to be possible, use the Bones Animation Mechanic from 3d max in Orbiter, for Landingears or Spacesuits. Or i must insert the completly Animation Secquences in C++ Code ?
 
no.

It would need a special engine or something to handle soft body deformations around an armature, AFAIK, it does not have this.

It might be simpler to 'bake' the vertex animation and do it that way, but i doubt that would be easy.

Hard body animation, like for the structural parts of a landing gear can be done, but you don't need bones for that.
