Your question is very unclear, but I guess that you wonder what your altitude is when you fly your spaceship in Orbiter?
If so, look at the altitude readout on the Surface MFD or the Surface HUD. You can also find it in Orbit MFD, but be sure to toggle the DST button so that it shows altitude, not radius (the first is distance to surface, the second is the distance to the planet's center).
