Request Attatchment manager/editor

Dealing with attachment points is a pain in the ass, is there something out there askin to the docking function of the scenario editor that just lets me push a button and attach things? I hate trying to set up attachments in the scenario file, or worse in-game.

I'll be the first to back up the fact that UCD beats the crap out of attachment points. I can't believe I screwed around with other systems for so long.
