has anyone seen d'Arrest in the sky? Its currently at a distance of 0.39546 A.U.:heat: Its perigee day is on August 27,2007 and will be at a distance of 0.35741 A.U . :huh:

No. We have clouds and heavy rain here, no chance to go comet spotting currently.

0.39AU from Earth but 1.38AU from the sun, so not so hot . At mag 11.1, I think I would be hard pressed to see this from light polluted Sydney (my telescope is only 3").
