General Question Creating a Solar System

I want to be able to create a solar system.
First, what is "Vsop87E"? It can be found in Config, then Sun, then Data.
Second, what is the "ErrorLimit" found in the config files for the planets?
If there's anything else I need to know, please tell me about that too.

Well that is scientific notation: 4.2e+8 = 420,000,000.0
I believe that the '+' sign is meant to show that it is not 4.2e-8, which would be 0.000000042. So 4.2e8 is the same as 4.2e+8.
