Flight Question DGIV/XR Reference Speeds?

Are there any reference speeds available for the DGIV or XR series? For example, takeoff V speeds, stall speeds, landing/approach speeds, etc?

Is there a guide for a manual ascent anywhere?

I think it is best to try it for your self..I think xr has faster acceleration and take of speed is about 160-170 for both of them.Stall speed really I flown DG with 80 m/s with autopilot and rcs support.landing speed is about 180-200 m/s but vertical speed is what you want to keep your eye to.If you are comming too fast or to steep and you have heavy plane your gears will colapse.
For manual I dont know but I think if you run DGIV autopilot for ascent (pro903spec90) per example you can learn from it a lot.
