This module visualizes and enumerates docking ports on a given vessel.Supposed to be useful when assembling stations out of blocks with a dozen unmarked docking ports, like Greg Burch's SPACE STATION BUILDING BLOCKS.How to use:Activate the plugin on modules tab of launchpad.In game:1. Focus the vessel you want to know docking ports of.2. Open dialogs (Ctrl+F4), select Docking Port Relealer.3. Select docking port number if you want to know a location by number, cycle thru port numbers if you want to know the number of a port.4. Changing the focused vessel with dialog open will keep the indication on the vessel that was focused when the dialog was open.The longer edge of an arrow shows the up direction.Green blinking arrow is obviously the selected port.

Artlav, you legend! Looks very, very handy. But does it work with "covered" docks, for example, the XR5 when the docking port is closed/not extended?

It works with XR5 all right, The cover of the port does not delete the actual port, so it is being shown where it should be when opened.

It should not work with moving/spinning docking ports, since the definitions are only read once.

One tiny criticism is that the arrows are a bit hard to see:
A bit bigger and bright pink would be good.

Hi Artlav,I noticed that when using the dockport revealer orbiter2010P1 the arrows are plain white not green,and red, could you please possibly fix it or,update this addon,when you have the time to work correctly in Orb2010P1.Thanks:thumbup:

:yes: the blinking one is the selected port, and is also the odd-colored one.

I seem to have a problem as well:

The docking ports are black.
