News Enable/Disable Similar Threads

We've implemented the option for users to enable/disable similar threads. These were displayed on the bottom of every thread page with up to 5 similar threads listed. You will not see the similar threads anymore until you visit your OPTIONS page to enable them.

See screen shot below, look for this option under 'Thread Display Options':

Any possibility of having this show up when someone goes to post a new thread? Lots of threads get posted with very similar titles (and questions), but not quite identical, and people don't seem to know where the search function is...

Next to the title input box there is a "Check if already posted" button. Unfortunately, people who neglect to use the search function don't use this feature at all.
