Hello there!
Ive finally replaced my decades old laptop and I'm now able to experience Orbiter 2016 in glorious 4k :hailprobe:
However there are some significant framerate drops when Using certain MFDs. At the moment these are the ones with noticeable drops:
Map MFD
Basesync MFD
Aerobrake MFD
Glideslope MFD

Is there any adjustment in the settings to make to prevent the frameratedrops?

I'm Running with the D3D9-Client at the Moment.

Orbiter log below, and thanks in advance! :hello:

AFAIR, with MapMFD you can regain some fps by zooming in just 1 or 2 clicks.

I'm having a similar problem with the default Map MFD on both 2010 and 2016, causing major stuttering and lowering the frame rate to 50-45 from the constant 60. What's interesting is that when I turn off VSync and use Map MFD, frame rate drops by 10-15 and stuttering occurs once again even though the frame rates are around 200.

After installing IMFD, my favourite for interplanetary traveling, I noticed it causes massive Frameratedrops too ... it goes from well over 60fps to around 5fps :(

Zooming in on the Map-MFD didnt help either :(

It clearly has to do something with the D3D9 client .... when using Orbiter it in "normal" windowed mode, everything works fine :idk:
