Generic hangar and buildings

Would it be possible to create some very simple and generic hangars and builidings that would be selectable from the scenario editor. I suppose then they would technically be vessels sort of like the prelude base. But it would be great to have a few selectable hangars and maybe very simple buildings so that folks could create their own little bases wherever in the world through the scenario editor.
