IMFD IMFD doesn't save data?

Argh! I installed the Dawn addon and was learning all of the data input for the Delta Velocity program in IMFD so as to fine tune my closest approach to Mars in that scenario and decided to quit and save just as a precaution against operator error. When I started up the saved scenario all of my IMFD data was gone............... As I am very new to IMFD is there a way to save your flight plan data short of writing it down and re-inputting it?

IMFD should automativly save the plan when quicksaving the scenario.
Have you saved the scenario on an other ship?

in my experience, only the mfd's that are open are saved in the .scn file in the quicksave directory, with all inputs saved.
