Finnaly! Orbiting Jupiter!
I extracted ISS v.3.2. to my Orbiter 2010 4 days ago and when I opened it, I was a wreck! Instead of neately organizing it, It took all the files and just shoved them in the folder. and there are a ton! Any help?

solution is simple - extract it once again WITHOUT PRESERVING FOLDER STRUCTURE to ANOTHER FOLDER. Note down files and delete them from Orbiter folder.

Other solution is to use some file manager with "directory comparison tool"

You have something called "preserve directory structure" tick box so uncheck it. while unchecked it will extract all files into 1 place ignoring structure. While checked it will do it with structure. I cannot post you screenshots since I have non-english windows version and don't know what unpacking software you're using.

Create a folder, extract the addon to that folder.

Hunt down the same files in your orbiter 2010 install and hit delete on those SAME files.

Or - restore from a backup. You do have a backup don't you?

I'm clueless. I don't have a backup, I extracted them to another folder and do you mean delete the addon's files already in orbiter or orbiter's main files like config and scenarios?
(P.S.) I don't have a tick box for preserve structure) (Using Extraction Wizard)

Inatall 7-Zip as your zip manager software.
It will add a neat and practical right-click menu.

The Windows Extraction Wizard preserves folder structure, at least in Windows XP and Windows 7.

Hindsight is always 20-20 but..........

It is always a good idea (especially with Shuttle Add-ons) to backup to an external drive before extracting a new add-on. I can't recommend this enough. It saved me lately when my Orbiter.exe became corrupted. Just delete offending files, drag, and drop. It saves you a boatload of time. This is the voice of experience.
