OHM Local Space Transport

This is a completely new version of the Local Space transport, the first in a series that will completely replace the LSTS addons. Some textures are duplicates of ones used in other Burchismo Aerospace addons, and are safe to overwrite. Full documentation is included in the LSTS201.html file

It seems it requires Space Station Building Blocks:

There is newer Spacecraft3 - 061012 for Orbiter 2006-P1, that you can download from here (Spacecraft3 patch).
