Software Main engine throttle sticks

Hi, this is my first post on this or any forum, so if I am posting incorrectly, please forgiive me.

I'm experiencing a problem with the main engine throttle sticking whenever I use the CTRL key to fine tune my thrust.

I'm using an HP laptop with a numpad, and using the numpad Enter key for main engine throttle. Orbiter 2010 v.100606 installed.

Any advice on how to correct this bug would be greatly appreciated.

Okay, rule 1: Post something for us to work with!
For this case, we'll need the keymap.cfg, and orbiter.cfg.
