Its been quite some time. I have another off-topic question and could think of no other groupof folks that could have an answer (Google search was useless).
A few weeks back I watched a Wonders of the Universe show on the Science channel. The subject was the potential of Moons to have life, particularly Titan (Saturn), Europa (Jupiter), and Enseladus (Neptune). Nartually as a writer I take notes when I watch programs that I think have material that can be used to weave my story. In this particular show the astrophysicist said that there was a basic compund found on each of these moons that could be a catalyist for life. He said he combined certain elements here on earth and passed electrical current through it and successfully created the same rust-brown muck that was found on each of the above mentioned Moons.
He called this "muck" Folin. I've tried to look this up for confirmation online without success. Would anyone here know of this or, perhaps, have a link or, if I'm spelling it wrong, the proper spelling.
I'm in the process of editing my first novel for publication. I haven't forgotten the excellent information your given or the pateince you've shown with me in the past. As I promised, and haven't forgotten, I will cite you guys on the Special Thanks page of my novel (likely published in May or June). This information is for my idea for a second novel.
Any help you guys can give me with this "Folin" compund is, as always, greatly appreciated.
