Where can I get this lights for night?

They come with Orbiter. If you have Orbiter, you already have them.

Also, you might want to have the Earth L11-14 to have a more high def look to the Earth. That is where the night lights in your picture come from.

At the moment, though, you might have to find an alternate site to download Earth 11-14 as the domain it is usually on is down.
