Orbiter sound 3.5 playlist help

I'm having trouble adding new tracks to the orbiter sound playlist. How do you do it ?( the readme wasn't clear enough). Also, do the tracks have to be Mp3's? Can they be MIDI's?

Only Mp3's can be used. And the easiest way to edit the playlist is to use a player (e.g. Windows Media Player)
