Installation Orbiter2016.exe does not start

Hello, I just downloadet the Installer exe from torrent and Web, but when ever i start one of them it blocks the Explorer for 20sec with a circeling coursor and than nothing, means the istaller will not start :-(

It's probably your virus scanner scanning the EXE before it lets it run. You could try waiting for a minute or two to see if it finishes, or you could download the Orbiter 2016 zip package instead.

File is large so it takes some time to prompt for admin elevation even on good hardware.

Problem solved! i checked the properties of the exe and on the bottom it says that the file comes from an other PC and i had to tick the permission box , now it works.
