Support Orulex Installation Problem

I recently downloaded Orulex.

I followed the instructions, extract to orbiter folder etc.

I've downloaded the height map for earth (not sure if this is crucial) but i can't see any variation in terrain elevation? I've given it quite a bit of time to load but can see nothing happening. OrulexCore module is ticked.

What do you expect to see and at which location?
Is there a big "Orulex loading" message across the screen after you start a scenario?
Does it work on the Moon?
Which Orbiter version do you use, do you use graphic clients?
