RIP Brian the Space Bat

The bat would be an extremely small model, Probably the smallest model ever made for Orbiter! From what I read in Wikipedia it should probably weigh 0.2 kilogram and about 8 to 12 cm in size for model. May want to make him flyable as a SC3 vessel for a little fun around the cape! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Free-tailed_bat
:speakcool: That is a pretty cool idea.Maybe add a little shelter he can fly into.

Perhaps for the next version of SSU, they could add in a tiny little bat textured to the side of the external tank as a kind of easter egg. I guess if it were to scale it'd have to be sub-pixel in size though.

Looks like it is in line for deletion.... poor Brian, deleted in life by the Shuttle and now potentially by wikipedia! EGADS! the humanity!

It was only a matter of time. Wikipedia has no sense of humour. :P

Just read the annotations.

It was recently reported by Universe Today that Brian the Space Bat was a diversion to a bigger problem for the mission

People, you see what happens because of global warming! Now even polar bears are looking for a way to cool off because it is to warm in the Artic!

Me thinks that spacebat was just the beginning.
