OHM Skylab B missions (SL5 & SL6) and AMU v2

Updated EVA procedure from Skylab B and Apollo CSM, with separate AMU backpack and astronaut. Please read the docs for usage instuctions. Can be installed over the previous Skylab B missions add-on.

Missions:

• Skylab 5, a 21 day activation flight launched in 5/10/1975
• Skylab 6, the first long duration flight that meets up with Skylab 5 already docked at the station, launched at 26/10/1975 (night launch).

AMU:
A simple implementation of the Skylab AMU is included both with an updated version of the Skylab orbital scenario and with some SL6 scenarios. This is achieved using SC3 attachments. That way you can retrieve the AMU unit from the CSM cargo bay and store it outside Skylab B.

Attention
Both AAPO and AMSO are repainted, complete with normal maps for extra detail and material configurations for graphic clients. 
So your original textures will be overwritten! Please backup the originals if you want to revert the changes !

• AAPO 
• 1B Milkstand for NASSP 6.4.2 is required for the Saturn 1B pad
• Spotl ight 2 is required for the pad night lights

The main update is the EVA procedure:

It's working via a phantom sc3 spacecraft docked to the CSM.
Not that elegant but allows for crew and cargo to transfer to Skylab B via attachments.

I've also updated some minor things such as having a duplicate milkstand on the other launchpad.
