Software slow/choppy

So the DG seems to work fine, maybe it is the addons. Every addon I have tried to play has been slow and choppy. I have tried NASSP and Sputnik 50 Years. Neither of them were working right. I have a decent graphics card and 2 gb of ram.

Can you please your exact video card model and video RAM? If the default DG is fine but add-on vessels are choppy it sounds like your video card is struggling with high-poly models.

I'll have to double check, I think it is a geforce 8400.

Please post your complete system specs, including: CPU, RAM, Operating System and your settings (resolution, windowed or fullscreen etc.).

We also need to know how much VRAM your GPU has.

Whats your processor? That could be a big factor.

What is your FPS? (CTRL + I) What settings do you have in Orbiter? Are you running in Windows or Full Screen mode? What resolution?

You also need to hit F (in addition to CTRL-I) to see the FPS.

And did you enumerate devices or are you in RGB emulation mode?
