Anybody go on this site regularly? I usually check it everyday. However, it doesn't appear to have been updated for a while. The last article posted was the 16th of September. Whereas usually there is a new headline story every 2/3 days.

I go there nearly every day. It's my source for almost all space news. The 16th? You must be looking in an old page or something they got very recent stuff. Maybe you should try clearing your browser cache.

They are completely different. Both citing different stories, by different reporters.

I've fixed the problem. My bookmark link had ".com/index2" saved. This was (even though I had cleared it) bringing up a cached version of the page.

Could be some kind of proxy trouble. Some ISP's route the traffic through transparent proxy-servers.
