Question spacecraft*.dll assignments

Spacecraft3.dll already has a lot of useful assignments for thrust, aerodynamics, etc. Any thoughts on the addition of assignment variables that scale thrust and/or fuel efficiency according to atmospheric density (or something similar)? Or would a custom script be more appropriate for something specific like this?

Unfortunately, the Spacecraft series no longer seems to be in development for some years now. You may however want to have a look at GenericVessel, which is actively being developed.
