I saw the same thing. Was even more visible from the live feed.

That caught my eye watching it live. Did the fuel umbilical catch some rocket exhaust and ignite the fuel left in the pipe?

On Spacex's video you can see the second stage(?) fuel line releasing and spewing a stream of fuel, which ignites on contact with the exhaust stream. Made my heart skip a beat watching it live...
